Writing Competitions and Opportunities Digest – Edition 36

by limebirdvanessa

Welcome to the 36th Edition of our weekly writing competitions and opportunities digest. If you missed the last edition, you can see it here.

First up is one of the industry’s biggest screenplay contests; past winners from this one have gone on to Hollywood screenwriting success. Second on the list is a food writing competition for budding young food writers. Third is submissions required for an anthology; for this one they want stories that will make the reader think. Finally we have a flash fiction and poetry contest for a journal.

As always, do let us know of any writing successes you have had, we love to hear about them!
